Alyssa represents participants in renewable energy tax credit transactions throughout the country, including representation of investors, syndicators, and developers. Alyssa has experience with distributed generation and utility scale solar projects involving partnership flip and master lease structures.
Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa focused her practice on tax equity transactions and served as in-house legal counsel for a solar tax equity syndicator.
