Jeff has focused his practice on renewable energy tax credit and new markets tax credit transactions across the country since 2007. He has represented tax credit investors, developers, lenders and community development entities in structuring and closing tax credit and tax incentivized transactions. Jeff has closed hundreds new markets tax credit transactions, many of which have involved combined renewable or historic tax credit structures, and/or combined state and federal credits. He has closed dozens of utility scale and distributed generation renewable energy transactions involving various partnership flip and master lease structures.
Jeff also has significant real estate finance experience representing local, regional and national regulated and private lenders in both structured and project finance transactions.
