Habib Hassan joined the firm in 2019 as an associate and focuses his practice on New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) transactions designed to promote development in underserved communities. Habib represents participants throughout the country at a variety of levels of NMTC transactions, including tax credit investors, community development entities, and qualified businesses, as well as at various stages of such transactions workouts.
Prior to joining the firm, Habib completed a Legal Fellowship with the General Counsel’s Office for the University of Missouri System.
