Jeff focuses his practice on tax credit investment and other financing of renewable energy projects nationwide. He has represented tax credit investors, developers, lenders and community development entities in structuring and closing tax credit and tax incentivized transactions since 2007. Jeff has closed over one hundred utility scale, distributed generation, and community solar renewable energy transactions involving various partnership flip and master lease structures, as well as various state incentive programs. He has also closed hundreds of new markets tax credit transactions, many of which have involved combined renewable or historic tax credit structures, and/or combined state and federal credits.
Jeff also has significant real estate finance experience representing local, regional and national regulated and private lenders in both structured and project finance transactions.
