Neal Johnson joined the firm in 2011 as an associate and has focused his practice on New Markets Tax Credit transactions. Neal represents participants at a variety of levels of New Market Tax Credit transactions, including tax credit investors, community development entities, and qualified businesses, as well as at various stages of such transactions workouts, modifications and the unwinding of tax credit structures.
Prior to joining the firm, Neal clerked at the Kansas Court of Appeals in Topeka Kansas.
